  1. •Introduction of upwind and downwind/ port & starboard

  2. •Discover wind window edge - 10, 11, 12, 1, and 2 o’clock

  3. •Safety, let go of bar, use of re-ride, and use of leash

  4. •Discover power strokes in the wind window 10 < - > 2, port only, and starboard only

  5. •Flying skills hooked in harness, one hand. Piloting port and starboard

  6. •Discover lauching and landing/learn about gusts and lulls
